pk56 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating a pk56 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
pk56 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, pk56 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email or on-platform notification. Amendments take effect on the date of publication on the Platform.
